Enhance platform efficiency, scalability, and developer experience; mentor senior technical talent. Drive cross-team collaboration to align stakeholders and execute roadmaps. Modernize development with AI-native SDLC transformations and tooling. Build enterprise-scale web services with deep integrations into Salesforce, AWS, and GCP. 🎯 Requirements AI & tooling curiosity; proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows. 12+ years of software engineering experience; 5+ years of technical people management and 12+ years hands-on software development with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Java/Spring.
