📋 Description Lead hourly technicians and welders on booster subassemblies. Build and manage a new subassembly work center to raise launch rate. Drive safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor. Develop and maintain production schedules with clear daily tasks. Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and optimize processes. Foster a motivated, high-performance team culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in final assembly (aviation/aerospace) or related field. 2+ years leading a team or project. Experience welding (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW) and fabrication equipment knowledge. Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and related documentation. Strong communication with production and engineering teams. 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay with range $115,000 - $145,000 per year.
