📋 Description Execute production non-conformance management processes Drive root cause, resolution, and preventative actions Analyze production defect data and drive corrective actions Develop process improvements and train production technicians Monitor FPY and yield for stable production Ensure smooth transition from development to high-volume production 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science OR 2+ years hands-on engineering/quality Hardware root cause investigation in manufacturing J-STD-001 Class 2, IPC-A-610 Class 2 experience Experience with automated production/test equipment Strong problem solving with minimal supervision Ability to deliver high-quality hardware in fast-paced NPI 🎁 Benefits On-site role based in Bastrop, TX
