Real Estate Debt - Asset Manager - Private Credit

📋 Description Manage and monitor UK & European Real Estate Debt investments to support growth. Oversee loan servicing, performance, and covenant compliance with borrower statements, budgets and Conduct regular borrower meetings and site visits; discuss operational performance and ESG risks. Collaborate with Head of Real Estate Debt and deal teams across the loan portfolio. Produce portfolio updates, quarterly reviews, and deep-dive analyses. Support loan amendments, reporting and broader portfolio initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Knowledge and experience of asset management, loan servicing and credit risk in banks or financial Knowledge and experience of real estate debt lending, ideally senior debt. Solid working knowledge of legal documentation for real estate transactions (loan facilities Knowledge of real estate valuations, leases and environmental/ESG due diligence. Excellent numerical and data handling skills with ability to analyse/sensitize financial models.
