📋 Description Lead a team of 4-6 engineers in data platform and ML operations. Own the internal data warehouse for analytics and product inputs to flagship features. Oversee the ML Ops lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, deployment, production Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, analysts and engineers to translate data/ML into product Coach engineers and promote continuous learning in a fast-moving data/ML landscape. Define platform standards, tooling and best practices across data and ML domains. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 2 years leading data eng, ML eng, or platform teams in Agile. At least 5 years in data/ML/adjacent software eng, SaaS focus; hands-on in data infra and ML Strong background in data infrastructure and ML systems. Experience managing engineers across multiple technical disciplines. Proven ability to ship high-reliability data products with impact. Ability to drive change and innovation in fast-growing environments. 🎁 Benefits Remote-first company; strong open-source focus (FingerprintJS). Compensation range USD 159,000 – 215,000 for US-based roles; ranges may vary by location.
