Junior Quality and Training Specialist

📋 Description Support training programs for chauffeurs in KSA and coordinate training activities. Assist with quality audits, spot checks, and follow-up documentation. Work directly with chauffeurs in the field to reinforce service standards. Review performance trends and operational feedback to identify quality gaps. Collaborate with Team Lead and cross-functional stakeholders on quality and training topics. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years in operations, training coordination, quality assurance, hospitality, or similar. Fluency in English and native-level Arabic. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Comfort working with data to spot trends and support decisions.
