📋 Description Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team; lead engineers through ambiguity. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics in lifecycle from ideation to decisions with Proactively identify and solve project, process, tech, or business issues. Maintain operations and availability of team artifacts; monitor metrics and on-call efforts. Foster quality and ownership by setting code/design standards and sharing them beyond the team. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin. Experience with highly available distributed systems (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes). Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Flyte, Prefect, Temporal, Luigi, etc.). Experience scaling frameworks like Spark/Flink on Kubernetes for large-scale data. Ability to define technical plans for significant features; write high-quality, understandable code.
