📋 Description Lead CA Gen consulting projects for enterprise clients. Analyze legacy apps and propose modernization, re-platforming, re-architecture. Install, configure, upgrade CA Gen environments and optimize performance. Design, develop, and implement CA Gen based solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues and improve reliability. Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field. Strong commercial experience with CA Gen. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining CA Gen environments. Knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI Experience delivering modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming.
