Resource Planning & Readiness Manager

📋 Description Govern resource plans before staffing and ensure accuracy and approvals. Align resource plans with Salesforce forecasts and opportunity updates. Identify scope changes and coordinate updates prior to staffing. Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leadership, and Resource Management. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Administration, or related field, or equivalent 2+ years in resource management, staffing, deployment, or workforce planning in a consulting/tech Experience with Salesforce ecosystem or similar software services environment preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce platform and professional services delivery lifecycle. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
