📋 Description Leads curriculum strategy, alignment, and implementation for secondary content areas Develops regional guidance for curriculum, assessment, and instructional priorities Aligns standards to Missouri Learning Standards, AP, assessments, and college readiness Oversees vertical alignment across grades 6-12 and prepares students for MAP, EOC, AP, ACT, and Partners with school leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers to strengthen lesson Creates systems for curriculum access, pacing guidance, and assessment blueprints across campuses 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of successful classroom teaching with strong outcomes Experience leading curriculum implementation or instructional improvement Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for adults Experience using student data to drive instructional decisions Strong understanding of instructional coaching and leader development Bachelor’s degree; valid teaching certification 🎁 Benefits Salary range $70,000 - $95,000 USD Transparent pay with performance bonus eligibility Comprehensive health, disability, life insurance options Retirement plan with employer match; ongoing professional development Generous time off, paid holidays, and breaks Equal opportunity employer; commitment to equity and inclusion
