📋 Description Lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and service excellence. Oversee delivery of investor services activities to meet client SLAs. Provide technical expertise across investor services incl. capital activity, reporting, AML/KYC. Build relationships with clients, investors and internal stakeholders. Review investor transactions, distributions and communications for accuracy and compliance. Monitor deliverables, timelines, procedures and regulatory requirements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's or professional qualification 6-10+ years in Fund Services or similar, with managerial/leadership experience. Strong knowledge of investor services, AML/KYC, fund operations; complex client management. Proven leadership, coaching and high-quality delivery skills. Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities.
