📋 Description Lead assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization through completion Deliver safe, code-compliant, high-quality work to keep jobs moving on schedule Lead helpers and apprentices, communicate job status clearly Plan day-to-day work and identify material and labor needs Ensure quality before leaving site and minimize callbacks/rework 🎯 Requirements Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred; strong field leadership experience Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work Ability to read plans, assess field conditions, and identify material/labor needs Able to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
