Senior Controls Engineer

📋 Description Lead design, programming, deployment of industrial control systems for battery manufacturing Technical lead for automation projects with cross-functional teams (Robotics, Vision, SCADA). Develop/test PLC-to-MES data transactions and handshakes for data integrity. Partner with vendors; perform FAT/SAT and enforce standards. Provide expert electrical/controls support to minimize downtime and boost throughput. Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement for reliability and safety. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or equivalent. 6+ years designing/troubleshooting industrial control systems in high-volume manufacturing. Advanced PLC skills: Siemens TIA-Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000. SCADA/HMI experience: Ignition Perspective, Siemens WinCC, or Rockwell FTView. Functional safety: ProfiSafe, CIP Safety.
