DevOps Engineer (Observability)

📋 Description Work on platform observability transformation to build a unified OpenTelemetry-first stack. Architect and deliver observability platform components focusing on reliability and scalability. Mentor engineers and guide cross-team architectural decisions. Collaborate with product, SRE, and developer experience teams to integrate telemetry into workflows. Design developer-friendly tooling for incident response, performance analysis, and debugging at 🎯 Requirements Experience building and scaling observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing, profiling). Lead technical execution for observability overhaul (centralized data lakes, OpenTelemetry Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java; familiarity with high-cardinality data and telemetry Experience designing high-scale telemetry systems (Prometheus, ClickHouse, OpenTelemetry, Kafka Strong knowledge of distributed systems in microservice environments.
