📋 Description Lead all aspects of NPI projects: strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Set and lead site NPI program strategy with stage/gate meetings and timelines. Matrix manage site ops personnel on NPI projects. Create project plans, budgets, and translate into actionable steps. Provide periodic progress updates to plant management and MES/externals. Identify risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field; MBA preferred. 5-10 years in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or PM roles. Strong strategy and planning; knowledge of pharma manufacturing and supply. Strong problem-solving and data-driven solutions. Proficiency with program management tools and techniques.
