📋 Description Lead and develop regional team of field professionals; ensure accountability and growth. Develop regional business plans to support product launches and expansion. Drive launch readiness and post-launch execution with strategic account planning. Coach and evaluate team performance; strengthen capabilities and execution. Build relationships with healthcare providers, Centers of Excellence, and stakeholders. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Marketing, and Commercial Ops to 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of leadership in pharma/biotech or rare disease commercial roles. Proven rare disease commercial leadership; rare neurology experience preferred. Experience launching specialized therapies, incl. gene therapy or ASO therapies is an advantage. Strong leadership to recruit, coach, motivate, retain top teams. Deep understanding of patient journeys, reimbursement, market access, site-of-care. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary $225,900 to $279,100, based on experience and location.
