📋 Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems Ensure data integrity/security/privacy and participate in maintenance tasks (upgrades/patches) Help troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance issues within ServiceNow Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design and user guides 🎯 Requirements College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Three to five years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications Technical experience with upgrades/patches and deployments Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM modules Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Kanban, DevOps practices, and CI/CD 🎁 Benefits 4 weeks of vacation from day one Professional Development Allowance for training and equipment RRSP with employer contribution up to 3% Public transportation or parking reimbursement
