📋 Description Lead end-to-end construction and operations for a growing solar PV, BESS, and wind asset portfolio. Own EPC construction scope, schedule, and budget; drive commissioning and risk mitigation. Oversee external operators, asset managers, and vendors for plant operations and financial services. Direct project delivery teams from EPC kickoff through COD to ensure predictable delivery. Set and enforce safety expectations across EPCs and subcontractors. Provide asset optimization, governance, and KPI/SLAs for portfolio performance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in renewable energy with construction delivery and asset operations leadership. Experience managing multi-project portfolios, EPC procurement, and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, IE processes, and debt covenants.
