📋 Description Join a remote-first Grafana team building a new Foundation's “Metal” squad. Provide a Kubernetes control plane and resources outside public Cloud. Manage physical metal environment and cluster networking components. Handle scheduling, autoscaling, Terraform/Crossplane modules, and CSP resources. Collaborate with Grafana Cloud users to align capabilities with needs. Operate in a distributed, autonomous, open-source culture. 🎯 Requirements Go, Python, and Shell experience in platform engineering. Experience operating code with datacenter exposure and on-call rotations. Familiar with Crossplane, Terraform, Kubernetes, Cross-Cluster ops. Bonus: Cluster-API, Tinkerbell, Talos, Ceph, AWS/GCP/Azure CSPs, Tanka, Jsonnet, Karpenter. Strong collaboration, remote-first communication, and growth mindset.
