📋 Description Operate and interpret data from AFM, Nanoindentation, and Optical Profilometry instrumentation. Design analytical approaches to address customer questions and technical challenges. Prepare samples, acquire data, and perform surface and mechanical property characterization. Process, analyze, and interpret data to generate technical conclusions. Write scientific reports and present findings to customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex investigations. 🎯 Requirements PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience using AFM, Nanoindentation, or related techniques. Experience designing analytical protocols and conducting independent investigations. Strong ITAR understanding; U.S. Person status required. Preferred AFM modes: SCM, SSRM, sMIM, KPFM, MFM; AFM experience with nanomechanical testing.
