Operations Manager - Southlake Town Square

📋 Description Oversee key operational processes in-store. Lead inventory management, labor planning and scheduling. Maintain a customer-ready store environment on the sales floor and back of house. Manage budget, performance data and planning processes with the General Manager. Champion operational standards for salesfloor and back-office operations. Ensure safety, efficiency and alignment with ALO’s mission. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience. Strong people leadership with coaching and development skills. Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and process gaps. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
