📋 Description Develops project plans for Asset Development Teams using standardized PM tools. Drives accountability to meet project deliverables across complex drug development projects. Creates multiple planning scenarios, identifies risks, and conducts root cause analyses. Provides data and tools for accurate resource estimates and management reporting. Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives using certified methodologies. Mentors staff and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors degree with 8+ years PM or related experience; or Masters/Doctorate with corresponding PM accreditation (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) highly preferred. 4+ years PM experience, including leading cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
