📋 Description Lead a small team of AI engineers, fostering ownership and engineering excellence. Define technical vision and architecture for the AI product, focus on performance, scalability Contribute hands-on to design/implementation of production AI systems (model serving, inference Oversee AI platform, including GPU infra, deployment, versioning, embedding pipelines, monitoring Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Backend to align priorities and deliver Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and translate long-term goals into execution plans. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in software engineering; at least 2 years in engineering management/tech leadership. Experience building/operating production AI/ML platforms, model serving, GPU workloads, latency Strong backend with Python; distributed systems; Go/Rust a plus. Hands-on with modern LLM tech: model APIs, open-weight models, serving frameworks, vector DBs Understanding AI quality evaluation, benchmarking, observability, regression testing, monitoring.
