📋 Description Lead a team of scientists in RNA-therapeutic methods Provide technical leadership for method establishment and testing Oversee lab operations, scheduling, and milestone delivery Recruit, onboard, and train new staff Develop protocols and documentation for method validation Communicate risks and resource needs to management 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochem, biology or related field (Master’s may substitute) 2+ years directly relevant experience; US work authorization Expertise in analytical techniques: HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, CE; RNA therapeutics experience Experience leading daily lab operations and client-facing delivery Proficient in LIMS and producing technical docs for method development Ability to manage projects, staffing, and quality/regulatory expectations 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage with dental and vision Life and disability insurance Paid holidays and vacation
