IT Manager

📋 Description Own and scale global IT operations for a fast-growing SaaS company. Lead a small IT team and manage device and application management stack (JAMF, EDR, core SaaS Oversee vendor and consultant relationships, contracts, and SLAs. Provide reliable IT experiences for employees across multiple sites/time zones. Support remote-first, distributed/multi-site teams with scalable processes. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years IT experience in SaaS/tech with hands-on ops in scaling environments. Proven JAMF (Jamf Pro) administration for macOS/Apple fleet. Strong hands-on with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and EDR tooling. Experience managing global endpoint fleets (procurement, deployment, lifecycle). Track record with vendor/outsourced-partner relationships, contracts, SLAs.
