AI Services Lead - Client Services

📋 Description Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts and guide multi-year AI programs. Own end-to-end delivery and identify risks early. Build account plans and use-case backlogs for phased AI transformations. Advise CIO/CTO/CDOs on AI/data roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with Anthropic field teams and phData leadership to expand accounts. Mentor teams and contribute to repeatable AI delivery patterns. 🎯 Requirements 6–10+ years in hybrid delivery/sales within consulting or services. Proven delivery quality and account growth on engagements. Experience scoping $50K–$1M services engagements. Strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
