📋 Description Own the quality system for a 503A compounding pharmacy Author, maintain SOPs and training across operations Ensure environmental monitoring and personnel qualifications Audits: respond to state, federal, accreditation inspections Lead licensure and regulatory compliance programs Interface with regulators and internal teams on quality issues 🎯 Requirements Active Texas pharmacist license 5+ years in sterile compounding Experience building/rebuilding EM program and sampling plan SOPs, deviation/CAPA, change-control ownership Knowledge of USP 795/797/800 and related regs Strong communication and training skills 🎁 Benefits The base pay range: $130,000 - $135,000 Medical, dental, and vision plans Flexible time off policy
