📋 Description Own IRAP (Australia) and ISMAP (Japan) programs end-to-end for APAC government security compliance. Architect and maintain compliance processes, documentation, and audit trails for IRAP and ISMAP. Coordinate with regional assessors and government agencies across Australia and Japan. Drive automation to streamline compliance workflows and evidence collection. Collaborate with product/engineering to assess changes impacting IRAP/ISMAP status. Lead continuous monitoring and quarterly updates to maintain regulatory alignment. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in government security compliance frameworks (IRAP, ISMAP, FedRAMP, or equivalent). Deep knowledge of IRAP, ISM, ISMAP, and related control mappings to cloud architecture. Technical foundation in cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP; IaC, logging, incident response. Experience coordinating assessments in multiple regulatory environments. Excellent documentation and communication for Australian/Japanese audiences. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis; degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent. 🎁 Benefits US Base Salary: $175,000 – $245,000 USD Employer-subsidized health benefits, 401k match, flexible time away, and life/disability coverage.
