📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician orders, and goals. Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan with BAYADA clinicians in Educate patients, family members, or others in rehabilitative care and activities to promote Document observations and interventions in the EMR on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license. ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent educational requirements for certification and exam eligibility. Education/work experience aligned with certification requirements.
