Accounting Operations Analyst Contractor

📋 Description Support accounting processes across shared service functions Manage contracting requirements and act as primary contact for assigned contracts Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal for reviews, approvals, and execution Provide financial updates, budget insights, and operational reporting Handle daily/monthly administrative accounting, PO and vendor invoices Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries 🎯 Requirements Three (3) years progressive accounting experience Experience with project management, program coordination, quantitative/financial analysis Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Advanced Excel and ERP experience, particularly NetSuite Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 🎁 Benefits Competitive contractor compensation of $25.01 per hour Fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States Opportunity to gain experience supporting large-scale accounting and shared service operations Exposure to financial systems, contract management, and cross-functional operations Access to benefits for eligible contractors (health, retirement, PTO) Opportunities to develop accounting, analytical, and operational skills
