📋 Description Lead the Semantic Layer team in Bengaluru; grow and coach engineers. Own delivery: planning, prioritization, execution, and quality shipping. Set technical direction across metric definitions and SQL generation. Open-source stewardship for MetricFlow: releases, reviews, community. Collaborate with product/design/relations to define roadmaps. Drive performance, reliability, and observability at scale. 🎯 Requirements Experience managing software engineering teams with a track record of shipping. Strong engineering foundation; capable of architecture discussions. Familiarity with SQL, query engines, analytics workloads, and DSL/compilers. Solid software design principles: APIs, modularity, testability, compatibility. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain tradeoffs.
