Travelling EHS Manager

📋 Description Lead and manage the Forgen EHS Program across projects. Coordinate audits, HASPs, training, and incident investigations. Communicate safety requirements; coach all employees on compliance. Develop, implement and review safety policies; ensure ALARP risk controls. Provide data and narratives on safety performance to leadership. Work with Operations to support safety initiatives on site. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors or advanced degree in safety/engineering or related field. BCSP designation (e.g., CSP, CHST, STS). 5+ years in safety program leadership within civil/construction sectors; strong driving record. Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and decision-making skills.
