📋 Description Serve as the first face for members, preparing the office daily (coffee, light breakfast Manage inventory and order location supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Design and set up events and signage to enhance member experience. Add new members into multiple systems for a seamless first day. Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed. Engage in local marketing events to communicate the value of flexible spaces. 🎯 Requirements Perform repetitive tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Operate office machines/appliances (printers, dishwashers, etc.). Participate in food prep and cleaning with health/safety compliance. Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.
