📋 Description Lead subcontract proposal support for large, complex government proposal efforts, particularly Coordinate proposal activities involving multiple subcontractors while ensuring compliance with Develop partnerships with business development, capture, pricing, contracts, and program teams to Negotiate and manage NDAs, TAs, and other pre-award contractual documents. Identify contractual and procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare solicitation packages, support source selection, and assist with SOWs and BOE development. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent with training in contract management, procurement, or related Minimum of 7 years in government contract administration, subcontract management, or proposal Strong knowledge of government proposal and subcontract lifecycle, including Shipley methodologies. Understanding of FAR, procurement regulations, and agency supplements. Experience in price analysis, subcontract negotiations, and fair and reasonable pricing.
