📋 Description Lead software engineering team responsible for core flight software development and platform for Define team goals and technical roadmaps aligned with company priorities. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical services in production. Collaborate with customers, ground platform, and mission operations to translate needs into Drive engineering best practices, including design reviews, code quality, testing, and Manage team capacity, staffing, growth, hiring, coaching, and performance development. Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years managing software teams building Significant experience with C++, Python or Rust. Strong background in embedded systems (RTOS and/or Linux).
