Client Service Representative

📋 Description Manage communications between clients and lab to meet expectations Assist clients with submitting information and sample registration Coordinate sample receipt, handling, and storage routing Support invoicing, payments, and client conference calls as needed Coordinate shipping and return logistics for ESFA and related materials Maintain records in LIMS and ensure timely COA processing 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year in client services Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc) Knowledge of ISO 17025, DEA, EPA, FDA guidance Associates degree in Chemistry or related field preferred 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays
