📋 Description Senior Technical Trainer delivering instructor-led and live virtual training for HuntressSecurity. Builds and maintains modular technical learning experiences for the security org. Translates operational realities and product behavior into clear documentation for practitioners. Uses AI as an embedded part of workflows and training content. Collaborates with Training Manager and SMEs to analyze needs and close gaps. Operates in a remote-first environment with a focus on retention and impact. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years designing and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or similar. Ability to translate complex security concepts into accessible learning. Experience with modern training tools and LMS platforms; able to switch between facilitation and Strong facilitation skills for live sessions and content development for self-paced learning.
