Build Supervisor (Starship) - Night Shift

📋 Description Lead a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians building Starship and Super Heavy structures. Direct day-to-day shop floor activities, schedules, and workflow across multi-shift operations. Collaborate with engineering to translate design direction into production results. Mentor a team of ~30 technicians; manage performance and labor planning. Ensure safety, quality, and conformance to specifications on the production floor. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in final assembly production (aviation, aerospace, mechanical 2+ years leading a team or project. Experience with lean manufacturing, kaizen, and continuous improvement.
