📋 Description Lead agent optimization efforts for Temporal’s AI Foundations team. Design tools and mechanisms to optimize token spend and response time while maintaining quality. Work with multi-agent architecture, cache policy, and context management topics. Collaborate with teams focusing on agentic development and ecosystem integrations. Develop features end-to-end with emphasis on reliability and developer experience. Contribute to public docs and engage with Temporal developer community. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional experience. Proven experience optimizing AI systems using ML and systems techniques. Experience with generative AI for agents and coding. Fluency in multiple programming languages; ability to learn new ones. Deep experience with concurrent programming and safe use of concurrency primitives. Experience designing APIs and documenting publicly-available libraries/modules. 🎁 Benefits Equity plan eligibility.
