Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios and product requirements. Design features with specs, workflows, mockups, and acceptance criteria. Assess impact, dependencies, and risks; negotiate scope with stakeholders. Decompose initiatives into technical user stories and tasks; manage changes. Provide expertise on distribution workflows: Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory, pricing Lead data flow and integration requirements between Acumatica and external systems; create 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, IT, CS, or related field. 5+ years in business/system analysis or ERP/product analysis with cross-functional initiatives. 4+ years in distribution domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory, or Proven ability to translate business needs into technical user stories with acceptance criteria. Experience with developers, QA, and business users; coordinate acceptance testing.
