Associate Production Manager

📋 Description Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost for your production line across all shifts. Build a culture prioritizing safety and product quality to meet targets. Lead, develop, and mentor shift supervisors and staff. Own production plan execution: staffing, materials, yield, schedule. Drive equipment reliability and OEE with maintenance/engineering. Ensure standardized work across shifts and areas. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in managing teams in high-volume manufacturing. 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing, battery/chemical/powder processed preferred. Lean manufacturing, SPC, and structured problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC). Experience managing leaders in manufacturing.
