📋 Description Front door for cross-control initiatives: intake/triage, define scope and plan, coordinate BAU coordination across the team: resource/capacity planning and cover, budget tracking/forecasting Stakeholder management: align partners across controls/risk/audit/ops/tech, land decisions, resolve LT support & cover: act as extension of LT, produce decision-ready updates with clear narrative Build bench strength: delegate, coach, create cross-cover and repeatable processes. 🎯 Requirements Proven programme/project management in a regulated/controls/operations environment. Strong governance discipline (RAID, reporting cadence, action tracking to closure). Confident stakeholder management and concise written/verbal communication for senior audiences.
