Experience with enterprise People platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) and integrations via Knowledge of recruiting tech workflows (offer approvals, requisitions, applications). Experience applying AI/tools to automate work and scale solutions. Led tech initiatives end-to-end; translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
