Senior SDET Engineer Lead

📋 Description Own acceptance testing, functional validation, regression coverage, and release-quality decisions Define clear acceptance criteria and quality standards in partnership with clients, product teams Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks across web, API, and Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and agentic development workflows Review and validate code quality, system behavior, and production readiness Identify edge cases and failure modes that may be overlooked during development 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience in SDET, quality assurance, or test automation, including ownership of test Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Python Proficiency with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Vitest, Jest, or pytest Experience defining acceptance criteria and performing functional validation beyond unit-level CI Experience designing and maintaining automated tests for web, API, and end-to-end workflows Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling, pipelines, and quality-gating practices 🎁 Benefits Remote-friendly culture and distributed collaboration Opportunities to work with AI-assisted software delivery and testing frameworks
