📋 Description Lead a team of Program Portfolio Managers and drive enterprise IT transformation and migration Collaborate with C-suite and client executives to align business drivers with Ensono capabilities Coordinate architecture, migration planning, governance, and reference architectures with internal Oversee solution development, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to design and present business Manage transitions with clients (colocation, cloud) and ensure steady-state alignment and Drive product and program management alignment to enhance technology roadmaps and budgets. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading large-scale enterprise IT change management and transformation programs. Proven ability to design and operate global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. Strong leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and business acumen. 15+ years in technology leadership in hosting/cloud spaces; 7+ years in enterprise IT or related Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams and engage senior audiences.
