📋 Description Coach teachers to improve instructional effectiveness. Support secondary schools with CBLI strategies. Lead APSS and teachers in goal setting and PD planning. Observe ELDA instruction and provide actionable feedback. Ensure ELPS and linguistic accommodations align to proficiency. Coordinate data reviews and PLCs across campuses. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Multilingual Education preferred. 2+ years as assistant principal, school leader, or bilingual coach (secondary). Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental. Proven results in emergent bilingual growth. Deep knowledge of CBLI and multilingual compliance.
