📋 Description Lead analytics efforts for Fraud, Payments & Operations Analytics across FanDuel. Manage a team translating data into actionable recommendations for risk, payments, and operations Balance protection with customer experience; partner with risk, payments, Core Products & Guide team in applying advanced analytics to identify trends and insights. Own team output quality, ensuring analyses are accurate, refreshed, and stakeholder-ready. Coach analysts and shape team strategy to align with evolving priorities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in analytics roles; 1+ year managing/coaching analysts or data engineers. Bachelor’s in Math/Stats/Econ or related quantitative experience. Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R preferred. Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Notebooks, BI tools; Tableau expertise a plus. Strong ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in fraud, payments analytics, or operational process data; knowledge of sports betting 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range: $149,000 - $186,000 USD.
