📋 Description Design, build, and evolve high-performance systems that are scalable and reliable. Work across the stack to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities. Contribute to architectural decisions shaping core systems. Identify bottlenecks and performance risks in production. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 8+ years in software engineering; proficient in Python, C++, or Rust. Experience in distributed systems and backend/platform development with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS. Experience building/operating mission-critical services with uptime and performance goals. Knowledge of cloud-native infra (containers, orchestration, observability).
