📋 Description Lead multiple engineering teams across the Data Platform org, fostering an inclusive Deliver the Data Platform roadmap aligned with business priorities. Manage cross‑functional programmes across Data and Technology. Oversee quarterly planning, governance and operational health of the Data Platform. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Data. Own vendor relationships, governance and contract oversight. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading Data Engineering/Platform teams. Strong delivery of strategic roadmaps across multiple teams. Excellent stakeholder management and influence. Experience managing technology vendors and commercial governance. Balance operational delivery with long‑term planning.
