📋 Description Enforce policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors. High-visibility, physically demanding, customer-facing role in a fast-paced public environment. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required. Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management. Provide a visible security presence throughout the museum and rotate posts as needed. 🎯 Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. 5-8 years of security, customer service, or public-facing experience preferred. High School diploma or GED. Able to obtain and maintain PERC (Illinois) and comply with training requirements. Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
